The marketing technology platform also integrates marketing automation software, CRM software and web site analytics to link individual online visitors to CRM accounts, to better personalize the online experience and to automatically supplement online visitor profile information with about 40 fields of demographic data in real time. Consumer internet visitor tracking is near universally done with cookies, however, this approach only works with about 20 percent of B2B visitors. By instead leveraging IP addresses, and identifying which online prospects meet company qualification criteria, websites, landing pages and forms can remove the form fields for data elements which are already known, thereby increasing online conversions.
